Executive Summary:  Health Facility Solutions Company was created in March 2003, by Michele Pauli, former Army Medical Service Corps Captain.  Michele is the President of HFS Company and has over 12 years of experience in the Department of Defense (DOD) Medical Facilities Modernization Program.  HFS Company is unique in the ability to optimize processes by identifying and eliminating elements which have no value or bring risk.  Services are designed to provide agencies of the public and private sector an integrated approach to business strategies and facility infrastructure that delivers efficient, state-of-the-art facilities within constrained budgets.  HFS Company’s extensive experience in facility planning and government procurement processes provides DOD organizations the assistance necessary to meet the demands of modularity and base realignment requirements.

Overview of Capability:
In depth knowledge of the facility lifecycle and risk mitigation techniques are the foundation of our ability to streamline the development, execution, and sustainment of Capital Investment programs.  Clients have benefited from project operations advice by introducing a system for verifying executability, project approval documentation, and coordinating the release of funds for execution.  HFS Company is also instrumental in facilitating and planning the implementation of the Project Integration concept of operations with support of the MEDCOM facility community.
