Payroll Administrator

ANNETTE SANDERS has come to HFS as our new Payroll-HR Coordinator. She brings a diverse background that includes agriculture, manufacturing, aircraft maintenance, and SaaS (Software as a Service).

The Texas native began her career more than 20 years ago at a wholesale nursery in HR. After a few months, Annette was cross trained in Payroll. She was chosen to be part of the team that was trained offsite in SAP and participate in a system conversion. Eventually, the company downsized and as a result, she moved into a position as the trainer for the Southwest Division. Her new duties included HR and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) related training. Her newly acquired knowledge led to her position as the EPA trainer for the company.

Annette’s experience and knowledge led her to an aircraft maintenance company that serviced commercial carriers. They had a subsidiary that refurbished private aircraft and an engineering consultant group. They had over 1200 employees, and Annette was an administrator for their payroll along with several other HR duties.

In July, Annette brought her experience, training, and knowledge of multiple site payroll and human resources processes to HFS.

In her free time, Annette enjoys baking, doing crafts, refinishing furniture, and spending time with her family and their three dogs. She also enjoys spending time with the nine grandchildren that she and her husband (Dan) share.
